At a press conference Wednesday at 10 a.m., officials announced that human remains found at Chaparral Apartments on Friday are those of Roger "Scott" Dunn.. Roger Scott Dunn came into the world on Feb. 10, 1967, one of two sons born to James and Mary Sue Dunn. He used his middle name as his first. His family lived a financially comfortable life in the Philadelphia area. Scott served in the military and moved to Lubbock, reportedly to start anew after making some bad choices.
