In terms of the North American Xelsis, how does it differ from the Suprema or Deluxe? From what I've gathered, there is the wifi/update capacity and voltage difference. Anything else major? And what is the main difference between the Suprema and Deluxe? They seem to function similarly. Only thing I have read is that the Suprema is better built. The Xelsis Deluxe/Suprema is highly configurable — it might skew slightly more towards bitter, but can be tuned as mild as you want it to be. I think the only reason it's said to be comparatively more bitter than a DeLonghi, is because it can be, i.e. you can make it more bold and flavorful because its configurability opens up a wider range.
