I do the following on a 2000 CRV, check if the 2008 is similar. Remove Power steering reservoir cap. Use a turkey baster to suck up the contents of the power steering reservoir. Top up with clean Honda PS fluid. Drive a week and repeat this. 2 fills of the reservoir changes 12 fl oz (one bottle of Honda P/S fluid)..
