I learned to mix on the first run of O2R w/ adats. It could not compete with analog boards. I had a spirit FX16 that sounded much better for a mix than the O2R. The preamps were muddy in the in range. The EQ was grainy, and the compressor not impressive. The automation was fantastic. Good enough for live use or to learn on for a demo tape.
