My upstairs central air unit (Amana asx160361fa) wont start. No sounds. The light was blinking 4 times indicating locked Rotor trip. The capacitor was bubbled so I replaced it. Reset the circuit breaker. The unit is in the same condition but has no flashing lights now. It won't start and isn't making any noise indicating anything is trying.. I have an Amana heat pump about 2 years old. It keeps tripping out and the red light is flashing twice. It will reset right away. I have had two techs come by and neither can find an issue. One thought it could be the low pressure switch but I wired across the inputs to test it since I could never catch it being open.

Code 4 - Locked Rotor Trips The module will flash yellow four times when the compressor trips within 12 seconds of operation, and does not reset and start within 35 seconds.
