JM Lab Cobalt 816S

I have listened to a bunch in the price range (monitor audio, KEF, B&W).came to really like the JM Labs Cobalt 816S..what do you pro's think about those speakers? Also the B&W XT4 sounded good (and looked nice).but were more pricey; what is the view on those ? Receiver (budget $1000-1500; pounds 600-900). The diffusers of LF/MF drivers are made by Sandwich "W" technology; acoustically transparent dustproof cap is the difference of new Cobalt S from the elder one. In front there is an "eternal" metallic mesh. Sound. An acoustic image, created by Focal Cobalt 816S, is transparent and full of French elegance.

Audio Advisor has a great deal on the 806S,816S and 826S as the Cobalt line is being discontinued. Stereophile has rated both the 806S and 816S in "B" category. I agree that they are great speakers but I am using two subooders with my speakers. At a little higher price than the JM Labs Cobalt line I would recommend Paradigm Reference Studio Line..
