Engine Test Stand Wiring Diagram the power of wirings

I am in need of a wiring diagram to wire a console ignition switch/ Water temperature /RPM/ oil pressure/Vacumn gauge (Which is not electrical) for the test stand. I would prefer to wire it with the alternator included in the circuitry with the battery. For testing purposes I will be using an alternator that has a built in voltage requlator.. C1 & C2 Corvettes - Help Wiring Engine Test Stand - Wiring up my new test stand. See diagram below for accuracy. Am I missing anything? What gauge wire for the solenoid, coil, etc.? I got the gauge numbers in the pic from the AIM. Is there a ground off the ignition switch? There is a center post on my switch that is.

Can anyone draw me a detailed diagram of how to wire up a SBC 350 on a test stand. I plan on using 1 on/off switch and a push button start switch. Dont need any help with gauges. I've looked on google images, you tube and cant find anything I understand completely. Most diagrams show external.. the post on the disconnect swithch that the red/white wire ties to. This is the same place to pick up power. I would add that toggle switch in the ignition circuit, this will kill the engine if thier is a problem.
