The board has 5 wires attached, +,-,signal and two wires to the movement. Check for a broken solder joints at any of the wire connections or at any of the components. The circuit board is similar to those used on 68 through 77 Chevelle or Camaro tachs. I think you could adapt the later board to be used on the 67 tach if needed. Here's a pic.. I did purchase the tach harness later from OPGI which is a M&H harness. Everything was pretty straight forward with the instruction that came with the tach and those older posts here 1967 blinker tach wiring with AAW harness? came in handy. After hooking up all the wires, the tach blinker worked and the tach showed the RPMs like it should.
