Angry book horse is angry! I actually kind of liked the idea of alicorn twilight when the possibility first came up. Twilight's talent, her destiny, was to be extraordinarily good at magic. I really, really wanted to see what she would do with enough power to literally move the sun. The show has had a few moments that showcased that new power, and Twilight is still continuing to grow as time.. After she became an alicorn, a lot of her character changed towards becoming shy and awkward around being a princess, trying to live up to those standards, and becoming more nervous. I felt like Twilight's unique character flaws were replaced with a different set of character flaws that weren't as engaging to me.
