I mentioned to my friend that I just got started on SAO and he said leafa will die, and so I searched who she is apparently she's in Alfheim Online and apparently it's where Asuna gets transported to and I researched what is Alfheim Online and from what I know (based off researching thx to Google) alfheim online doesn't kill players that die so does that mean Leafa just gets killed in the game.

Leafa is a major heroine of the Fairy Dance arc of Sword Art Online and the avatar used by Suguha Kirigaya, the younger stepsister (and biological cousin) of Kazuto Kirigaya, who plays a key role across multiple VR and AR game worlds in the series..
