Rouge - Sonic the Hedgehog Customs - Custom / Edited - Archiving and preserving video game media since 2003!. Credits: Some minor assets were taken from Legacy Rouge, but a majority of the credits go to Chrispy for being the one to make this iteration of Rouge in the first place! This doesn't include any of the custom abilities he was planning, I simply finished up the few remaining sprites to make a relatively vanilla Rouge for SA2:Blast.
Rouge The Bat has joined the Mania Squad! She is fully animated, including cutscenes. The only part I haven't covered is the "standing still" animation on the rotating cylinder in Press Garden Act 1. If anyone wants to take a shot at that, be my guest. Many sprites from AsuharaMoon's "Rouge In Sonic 1" sprite chart were used in this, but almost everything has been edited in some way or another..
