Nah it's just to difficult to replicate a lot of what is see in the manga. The movie is actually shockingly solid though and totally worth watching.. I'm searching for new animes to watch and I'm curious if Kingdom it's worth it. Would appreciate your opinions!

No. Rather, Kingdom is definitely worth consuming, but there's no reason to watch the anime with such a bad quality when the manga exists. Just read it. The story is phenomenal and could carry you through the anime, but it's so lazy that it will drag the experience down And it's not limited to S1 like people say, they're just happy it became less terrible after S1, but even the later seasons.. If you're new to the series, read it first, then watch it. The anime does what it needs to do and is fine, but all the gore and explicit themes are censored, and while the manga can be graphic at times, it's all tightly linked and connected to the overall themes and philosophy of the series.
